9.43pm And that's enough for one day. From Miller and Matt, and Ranjith, thanks and goodnight! Oh, and here's the table, with confirmation of Brave's dire straits...

Paul: "Many words to describe this chase- Brave is not one! Feels likes Vince or bust for Braves"

Andre Russell is the Match Hero for 64 not out from 23 and a wicket too. "This is my fifth game, feeling confident but the runs weren't coming. I kept believing but today I did what I did best. It's very important, teams keep beating other teams, so we take whatever points we can on game-day. We should be 3 from 4 but the ball is round and we keep going from strength to strength.

"My goal was to stay to the end," he adds, after seeing off the spinners and targetting the quicks in the final 20. "This format is very quick, you have to keep thinking. Five balls caught me off guard a few times, I love it."

9.36pm An absolute bludgeoning for the Not-so-Brave. They were rocked back by Buttler at the start of Originals innings and Russell at the end, and once James Vince had fallen to a wonder-catch from Sean Abbott their challenge fell away, with Paul Walter's three-for ending any threat. Back-to-back wins get Originals' tournament fully firing, but there's a small concern about Buttler's fitness. He was hobbling in the closing stages, but insists afterwards that it's "just the change in climate..." A bit of cramp then...

Parkinson to Hogan, OUT

Huge wind-up, misses by a mile, off come the bails, that's the end of that!

Parkinson to Hogan, no run

loose drive, on the back foot, beaten outside off

Short, and not so sweet. This is a humiliation for Brave. Out comes Michael Hogan at No.11

W
Parkinson to Moriarty, OUT

reverse sweep, "that's out" is the appeal from the keeper, and he's right! Up goes the finger. There's the slightest chance it pitched outside leg before flicking the pad in front of middle-and-leg... Brave review. No bat involved. And yep, it's plumb!

Dan Moriarty lbw b Parkinson 1 (3b 0x4 0x6 6m) SR: 33.33

on the back foot, dabbed off an inside edge, out to point

Buttler is definitely hobbling. He might be better off getting treatment now, unless it's cramp and he can run it off. Not much captaincy needed to close this one out...

Walter to Whiteley, OUT

Simple flick to short square! Slower ball, down to 68mph, as Whiteley swings through the line, and ends up dragging the ball almost in his followthrough to Parkinson
